I'm subletting my room in a 3bed/1bath apartment through February 2020. The apartment is around the corner from Duboce Park and a 3 min walk to Haight St. It is super close to tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and workout studios. Whole Foods and Safeway are both less than a 10 min walk. The Muni is around the corner and 101 is 5 mins away, so it's a great spot for people commuting out of the city or downtown.

The two others in the apartment are young, professional women, and we are looking for someone similar. Cleanliness and a friendly spirit are top priority, and no smokers please. The apartment is furnished, so all you would have to do is furnish your own room. There are three beautiful bay windows overlooking the quiet street.
