This awesome house has a room opening up! It's a private room with two large windows facing the backyard. There are two closets roughly 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep.

The room has an option for a private bathroom (rent would go up) or a shared bathroom with one other housemate. There is also an option for a garage spot!

Simply put, there is a lot of house in this house. This is definitely not one of those "Facebook Houses" with 8 tiny bedrooms and a shared kitchen for 10 people. Our place has a huge basement with a large TV and a mini bar. The kitchen is great (with dishwasher!), there's an entry room with a fireplace, large patio in the backyard, and ample storage in the house.

The move-in date would be around the first of November, but that is flexible. You must commit to living here through February but there is the option to extend beyond then. Current housemates are mid-20s age, graduates from Stanford now working in the Bay Area. One of the other bedrooms is occupied by a male, and the other is occupied by a female. We are open to either a single person or a couple to rent this third bedroom.

The house is in Redwood City, conveniently 5 minutes from 101 and 5 minutes from 280. It's also about a mile from the Caltrain for public transit! The house is on a great street with little foot traffic, but it's less than a mile away from Safeway (with sidewalks for walking). This house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
