I have a large private bedroom/private bath with separate entrance and parking spot available immediately in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. It is a great location--five minute walk from Menlo Park Caltrain station on Santa Cruz Avenue. The room can be available partially furnished if you would like. It is effectively a private studio apartment. Due to the landlord rules it is not possible to sublet the apartment however the landlord has no problem with someone signing the lease and then finding someone else to replace them if/when they need to move out.
