My roommate is moving out (due to work reasons) and I’m looking for someone to take over the lease. You will be added to the lease and responsible for half the rent.

Move in: around Jan 8 (can be flexible). Lease ends on Oct 31, 2018.

Rent is $2900. Your half will be $1450/month + shared utilities. Deposit of $350 is required.

It's an upper unit 2 bed/2 bath apartment in The Macara Gardens community in Sunnyvale.

A bit about me: female, late 20’s, work full-time at Stanford University, pretty easy going. We’ll be sharing the living room/kitchen. It’s a pet and smoke free community.
