Standard utilities cost not included, although the apartment is wired to cable TV and Hi-Speed Internet already.
The place is about 20 min walk to the Caltrain station and downtown Sunnyvale. 5 min walk to Sprouts, Trader Joe's. Safeway, 24 Fitness, and much more. Location is unbeatable and very safe.
