One of our roommates is leaving by the end of the month and therefore her room will be available staring 1st of april (short term or long term)
We are located in West Menlo Park. About 5 minutes away from Down Town Palo Alto and a bike ride to Stanford is about 15-20 minutes, 5-10 minutes to Caltrain Station. Grocery Store, Coffee shop and Manicure as well as a Barbershop is right around the corner.

About the room:
10x12, fully furnished: full-size bed, desk, build in closet with lots of space.
(bedding, towels etc: it's all available to you in case you only here for a short time)
Rent is $1200 per month (+$100 utilities)

About the Apartment:
We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, including a large living room and fully equipped kitchen you would have access to. High-speed internet and cable. The apartment complex has a pool, sundeck and laundry + dryer available.

About us:
We are male and female, both in our early 30's, European (Italian), postdoc at stanford, and american working in finance. We are easy to get along with but generally busy. Preferably looking for a female subtenant as you would share the bathroom with a female but no must.
