Finding housing in the bay sucks. Paying $1,000 for half a room in a hacker house is more than some people pay for a 3 bedroom house (it might be in Phoenix, but still it's ridiculous).

That is all said to preface how surprised I was when I found this home. The price was average-ish but it came with so much more than anywhere else offered -- and I don't just mean the big house or amenities (wi-fi and 2x/mo cleaners are included with rent). I found my family, the people I hang out with and get along with. That's who we're looking to attract, someone who cares to join the family.

It's 1 room in a 8br/4.5ba house in Los Altos Hills for 1,400. 2 kitchens for the house, ping pong table, incredible views, private driveway, patio deck, jack and jill sinks.

Biking distance to Tesla, 10 minutes driving distance to Stanford, within 20 minutes driving distance to downtown areas, minutes from the Redwood Grove Nature Preserve, Safeway, Starbucks
