I need someone to take over my lease for the summer (July 1 - September 13). Room is unfurnished, rest of apartment will be unfurnished as well but I'm willing to sell my current couch, dining table & chairs, outdoor patio furniture, and coffee table!

Clean/respectful people only. You'll be sharing it with one 22 y/o female. No pets allowed. Female preferred, but anyone is welcome to reach out.

Perfect location - 8 minute walk to downtown Castro St with bars and restaurants, and a 6 minute walk to the Mountain View Caltrain station! Apartment has a private porch and complex has a pool.

$1400/month and then utilities usually cost around $60 per month (Xfinity wifi and PG&E gas/elec).
