You can find a gas station, Starbucks, and California Ave Caltrain station conveniently located in the vicinity. I am a graduate student in the Engineering Department.

This is a completely gated community with indoor car parking space, a swimming pool, a resident housing manager, and this is a very spacious apartment that is newly furnished, equipped with high end furnishing. Monthly rent per person is 1600, and lease ends on Nov 1, 2017. Therefore you will be renting until that date, though an extension of the lease beyond the date should be very flexible. Rent includes water and garbage, and there is also monthly utilities and wifi cost, which will be split among us two.

I bought all the furniture in the living room and kitchen recently, so roommate needs to split the cost for a small number of IKEA furniture. A tour of apartment welcome after 1/7, and move-in date is flexible any time after application is approved.
