The room is roughly 120 sq ft, and the whole apartment is around 1400 sq ft. The complex has two pools and a hot tub. Washer/dryer located in unit. Rent will be around $1350 per month. The apartment is furnished.

You'll be living with a male LGBT Stanford PhD student and a male software engineer. We are both non-smokers, respectful, social, and outgoing.

The apartment is a 5 minutes walk from the San Antonio Caltrain station, 25 minutes bike / 15 mins drive from Stanford campus, and 10-15 minutes walk from Target, Trader Joes, Safeway and a number of restaurants.
