Who we are: 2 female clinical researchers (late 20's early 30's) looking for a third roommate to share a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with. There is a 1 year lease to June 2018.
A 15 year old pug is in charge of guarding the house while we are away, she is very friendly, relatively low maintenance and sleeps most of the day.
2 cockatiels also live in the back bedroom of the house.
We were granted permission to having the pets with a lot of negotiation with the landlord, so please no more pets.

There are currently 2 rooms to pick from. The last room we will consider renting once we find our new house mate to sign the lease with. The rent will then be reduced from $1350.
