一、基本信息
San Antonio Shopping Center附近两室两卫中的次卧招租。
该公寓为两室两卫房型，共1100平方英尺（约102平米），卧室客厅都很大，采光充沛（见下面房型图）。
该小区为封闭小区，进出有门禁，且人车分离，安全性好。
室友为斯坦福访问学者和斯坦福的硕士研究生，均为男士。

待租房间情况如下：
1、介绍：次卧，约15平米，带walkin 衣橱，配简单家具，床、桌椅。可拎包入住。 卫生间在卧室外面，需要和住客厅的室友合用。所有室友合用厨房和餐厅。
2、租金：$1200/月（单人），月付，押金$500，含utilities。
3、时间：10月6日起。
4、租期：见下文。需要与lease office签约，需向lease office自行缴纳$35的申请费。

重要信息：本人将于11月底回国，主卧的室友想租到明年一月份该秋季学期结束。和leasing office的租约已自动续期，每月一交。要求新室友有固定收入，能接手该lease。

二、公寓设施
California Street和Showers Drive交叉口，交通和生活十分便捷。公寓封闭式管理，配暖气，公寓院子里有泳池，停车场（该公寓含两个车位：一个在一楼车库，一个露天，另外街道两旁有大量停车位）。洗衣房on site。

三、周边配套
近San Antonio Shopping Center，马路对面就是Target，步行3-5分钟可到Milk Pail Market（蔬菜水果超便宜）、Walmart、Safeways、Walgreens、CVS、Trader Joe's、Whole Food等超市，周边还有中餐馆、杂货店、24 Hour Fitness、各大电信服务商等商店。离Costco、Mountain View Downtown等购物和超市，生活极为方便。

四、交通
离Stanford Campus 不到5英里，开车15分钟，骑车30分钟到校园。公寓门口有35路公交到Palo Alto Transit Center，还有免费Community Shuttle，可到Mountain View主要公共设施；步行3分钟，可到Stanford免费校园巴士SE线的San Antonio Shopping Center站；步行5分钟到El Camino 公路，22路和522路公交（24小时，每12分钟一班车）15分钟到Stanford或者Palo Alto Transit Center。离Google、Apple、Uber、LinkedIn等科技公司开车均15分钟左右。101、82、G5、280等高速和快速路都很近。特别适合刚过来没车没驾照，出行不便的老师。

I want to sublet a bedroom in California Street, Mountain View From Oct 6th, and I hope you can take over my lease, as I will leave around the end of this Nov, which means you should have a moderate salary to fulfill the requirement from the leasing office.

The location of the room is only 3 minutes walking time to San Antonio shopping center, where a lot of different shops such as Walmart, Target, CVS are there. The bus 22, 34, 35 or Caltrain can be taking if you want to go to Stanford University.

It is an individual room with a shared bathroom outside the bedroom. Kitchen and living room is shared with others. The bedroom is furnished, contains a bed (mattress), a bed, a chair and a walking wardrobe.

The rent is $1200/month for single, including all the utility fee.

Current roommates include a visiting scholar and a master student of Stanford University, both are male.
