Looking for 1 (F) housemate to fill the final room in our new 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Mountain View close to Castro Street and the Caltrain station. Move-in date is 12/15 (there is some flexibility). We are both (F) working professionals in our late 20's. I work in Research and the other housemate is a MD student from Germany. We like to keep a clean, neat house and maintain a cohesive living environment (drama free). We are avid travelers and love yoga. Prefer (F) housemates who are also working professionals or students pursing a higher degree, are respectful and value a clean living environment. No pets or smoking.

The apartment is newly renovated and in walking distance to the Caltrain Station, grocery stores, and Castro Street restaurants and shopping areas. The apartment complex includes a fitness gym with cardio and strength equipment, a swimming pool and sundeck, fire pit and barbecue grills, bike rack and storage, is a Eco-friendly community and has plenty of free onsite parking. Our apartment unit is on the third floor. The Common areas come furnished, the bedroom does not. We have a brand new in-unit washer and dryer and stove. We also have a private balcony, dishwasher, extra closet space, central heat and AIR Conditioning. You would have a private room and share the bathroom with my housemate.

Rent is $1338 per month and utilities (internet, electricity, gas, water, sewage, trash) are approximately $75 per month plus free Hulu.
