We have a backyard, living/dining room, a study room, a half bathroom and a full kitchen.

Upstairs:

3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (you would share bathroom with one person). Room has a big closet plus more storage space in the hallway. The room can be rented furnished with its own desk, chair and bed or unfurnished. Rent is $1,350/month.

The location is unbeatable:

• 0.1 miles to Caltrain station.

About us:

My name is Lisa, I am from Sweden and I’m a UX/UI student. My husband works for an EdTech company in San Francisco. We also share the space with one other female roommate who works at Stanford.

We are all VERY clean, respectful and easy going. We don’t throw parties or reunions late at night and we are very mindful of the people we live with. We are looking for someone who is mindful of all these things. Being clean and organized is a must. Month to month lease.
