There's an opening in our humble abode and we are looking for someone to fill it!

Location near El Camino and Ventura, about a 10 minute bike ride from the edge of campus. We are looking for a male roommate; there are currently four people living there, and one is leaving on Thanksgiving so the opening is available almost immediately. Two of the remaining housemates are Stanford students or alumni.

The place is a 4-BR, 2 bath unit. There's a kitchen and shared living room, a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Thanks to a very kind landlady, rent + utilities together is only ~$775 each month.

We are looking for another male roommate, someone who will contribute to the place by being responsible and friendly and clean. We do monthly chores and a monthly roommate dinner, and we have a policy of no overnight female guests.
