We are looking for a roommate for a private room in the 2Bed/1Bath house we are renting in Professorville!

It is 10-15 min bike ride to Stanford and walking distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joe. The room is available as of now and the rent is $1800/month (+$200 if you are a couple) including utilities and high speed internet!

The house has a kitchen, a laundry room, a backyard and a garage (to be converted into a recreation room; we already have a brand new ping pong table!)

We are a couple: a physicist and a computer scientist (28 and 29 years old). We like playing ping pong, bouldering, hiking, running, doing yoga, etc. in our free time.

The private room has a build-in closet, a desk, an office chair and shelves. As for the bed, we are proudly providing a traditional Japanese futon and a rush grass tatami (all made in Japan and foldable). We can also provide a brand new soybean oil foam queen size mattress if you prefer. (We are concerned about flame retardants in conventional mattresses, and are happy we found these less toxic alternatives that are comfortable and good for the back!)
