This is a 1920's art-deco inspired building with amenities including 24 hour doorman, gym, laundry room, ballroom, courtyard, and terrace overlooking the city. The location is very central and walking distance to Bart, Union Square, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.

The bedroom available is in a recently remodeled corner unit with window views overlooking the city. Lots of natural daylight. Utilities (water, gas, electric) are included with the condo. We would only split cable and internet.

The bedroom is being offered with a 1 year lease agreement. A background and credit check are required by the landlord prior to approval.

A little bit about me:
I'm a 29 year old male who's been living in the city for about two years now. I moved to the bay from San Diego and work in construction management. During the week I typically focus on work and am gone most of the day working long hours. I try to remain pretty structured during the week with the occasional dinner or night out for a couple drinks. On weekends I catch up from the week and try to take advantage of the days by hanging out with friends, going on hikes, gym or one of many events going on in the city.

I am looking for a roommate with a similar work schedule. Someone who is tidy, professional and respectful of our shared space. I am very easy going and am looking for the same in a roomie.

Also important to note: There is a four-legged roommate who would be living with us. Her name is Bella. She's a tame older dog who loves to sleep most of the day so if you're a dog lover this would be a perfect fit.
