At the intersection of Noe Valley, Mission, and Bernal Heights (easy walk to all 3!).......

One Private Room is open starting in October 2019 for move-in ASAP, move out February 28, 2020.

• This is ~5 months, as one roommate is heading out.
• Awesome temporary housing. After Feb 28th, you'll likely have some new friends.

House Info:

- Normal San Francisco sized things, long and narrow house.
- 5 Bedrooms / 2 Bathroom. Pick a bathroom and share with 2 other guys.
- Common Kitchen and Living Room
- Pretty clean and organized.
- Smart, Fun, Friendly housemates. Working at tech companies all over the bay area. Easy conversationalists. Everyone is driven and has a life, but like to hang out at the house with each other for meals or movies.
- Utilities aren't included in rent. It's split 5 ways, so it's not expensive.
- Central Heat/AC. Washer/Dryer in unit.
- Really good location in SF if you need to commute down south. 3 of the housemates do that. Close to Hwy 101 and 280.
- MUNI (4 min) & BART (10 min) accessible walking
- We're right near the corner of Dolores Street and Cesar Chavez.

Room Info:

- Nice room with good storage above closet.
- Big window
- Optionally.. can come furnished or partially furnished. There is a 4-drawer dresser, book shelf, plastic shelf, blue floor rug, and nice white couch. We can chat about what you need...
