We're looking for one additional roommate to join us at a great 4Bed/2Bath house in Midtown Palo Alto. The availability is for a private room and shared bathroom with two males. Rent will be $1,290 per month plus utilities. We're hoping for this person to move in July 1st (though we could do a little later as well!). The lease runs from July 1st, 2019 to June 30th, 2020. Shared spaces include a kitchen, living room, laundry area, family room, and spacious backyard. The room includes a full sized bed and 18 inch high bed frame (bed frame not pictured) if you'd like it. Plenty of closet space as well. It is a nice and spacious house, but we were unfortunately limited to sharing only four photos!

We're a close group of friends, and our goal is to find someone who we'd enjoy living with (and vice versa!). We've found that living with people you genuinely enjoy being around of is far and away the most important factor in a good living situation.

A little bit about us
• Ages between mid to late twenties, three males and one female, Stanford/tech workers.
• Have an amazing backyard and spend a lot of time out there, hanging out, BBQ-ing, yard games, etc.
• Occasionally go out for drinks, play board games, go on some kind of trip together.
• Have a great speaker system; wide range of music interests including house, indie, blues, funk, top 40, etc.
• A few of us love snowboarding and do several trips to Tahoe each year.
