Hey! We are two Stanford grads looking for a housemate in a 3bd2ba single-family home in western Sunnyvale. We're both men in our mid-20s working in tech, but we're open to people of all backgrounds. Looking for someone clean, courteous, friendly and genuine -- social is a plus!

The house itself was remodeled just weeks ago, with all hardwood floors, new stainless fridge/dishwasher and gas range. We have a huge common space, 2-car garage with free spot and washer/dryer. My favorite feature is our gorgeous backyard, which has an enclosed sunroom, lemon & fig trees, and a patio with pergola and brick campfire-style grill. We're just blocks from the Mountain View border, with a 15 minute drive to Stanford, 5 minute walk to gBus, 20 minute bike to Google MTV, 15 minute bike to Google SVL, 20 minute drive to Facebook, and short walk to restaurants, Safeway, and a beautiful park + swimming pool. Just 1 mile to Sunnyvale Caltrain.
