I'm an incoming postdoc with Stanford Medicine (starting mid-August) looking for a private room in a shared house near campus — ideally within walking or biking distance.
Move-in: August 2–5
Lease length: Open to sublease/short-term up to 6 months, or longer if it's a good fit
Budget: $1,300–1,800/month (rent + utilities); open to a bit more for the right studio/1B1B or private bath
Preferences: Quiet, near campus, shared bathroom is fine
