The bedroom has its own entrance, separated from the main house. The bedroom comes with furniture with bed frame and mattress if needed.

The house is within proximity to Stanford (20 min bike), San Antonio Shopping Center (Walmart, Trader Joe's) & California Ave Caltrain (10 min bike).

Rental is $900/month including utilities and the internet. Security deposit of one month $350 is refundable upon moving out. NO smoking, NO drug, and NO overnight guests.
