I am offering 2 individual rooms for rent in a spacious 2B/2BA apartment. Both rooms have a private bathroom and come fully furnished with all utilities included (water, heat, electricity, gas, internet). I am looking for a 12 month lease, with ideal move in date between December 15 and January 1st, although I am flexible. The master bedroom is being offered at $2800 a month (and also comes with a parking spot in a locked garage), and the second bedroom is $2500 a month.

Both rooms have lots of natural lighting and big windows facing the East. The apartment is located in the highly desirable Old Mill community in Mountain View. The complex is beautiful with plenty of space to walk, lots of trees, and streams/pond/fountain. There are also two pools, a hot tub, a grill, and a clubhouse. The location is terrific, located right next to the San Antonio shopping center with all major stores (Safeway, Trader Joe's, Target, Walmart, Whole Foods) and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location is also a 5 minute walk from the San Antonio Caltrain station.
