I am moving, and the room I am in will be open for rent.
The restroom is shared with roommate in the livingroom, he is very clean and respectful (I'm a female and never had any issues with either being respected or sharing the restroom).
There is full kitchen access, coin op w/d on site, parking on street, pool. Friendly neighbors, safe area within biking distance to Stanford (approx 3 miles)

The room itself has two closets, both with mirror sliding doors and a window facing the street towards El Camino.

The 1135 excludes utilities, which are approximately $40 per month.

You'd share the apartment with two very busy postdocs, one a male, and the other a lovely female who lives in the master bedroom. Both are amazing people who I've had the honor of living with, yet due to busy/different schedules saw only occasionally.
