We are friendly, quiet, non-smoking, professionals. We are a Stanford post-doc and silicon valley employee. We are looking for someone (preferably female) to sublet the private suite of our house, for short term rental.

Suite has a private entry, large bedroom with sitting area and full bathroom, access to laundry and kitchen in the main house. Free parking.
Can be rented furnished or unfurnished. No pets. No smoking. No parties please.

Available Mar 1- Apr 30 for one to two months.
Rent $1500 per month. Includes all utilities and WIFI. Damage deposit $500.

Minimum one month rental, the second month is flexible if you don’t need the full second month, we can figure out a rate.
