It is a second floor apartment with a large balcony.
The room itself is about 11x 13.
The apartment does not allow pets.
There is one parking space for the apartment and other spaces available in the complex and street parking nearby.
It has washer and dryer in the complex, but not in the unit.
It is about a 10 minute bike ride and 20 minute walk to CalTrain.

My previous roommate left after 3 years of living together and I'm trying to fill her empty room.
Rent would be a little under $1,100 plus utilities.
It is available now, but a flexible move-in could be arranged for the right person.
The room is currently unfurnished but could potentially be furnished for the right person.
