Couch retails at $800. It was bought at a furniture store in Southern California. Not sure of the brand/make. Bought new and used for 3 years. Selling as I am moving and cannot transport to new place.

High quality, in excellent condition, espresso brown color. Comfortable. Has a few small scratches, and one very minor tear on the back (invisible if couch is placed against wall)

It is located in Cole Valley, San Francisco (close to Inner Sunset and Upper Haight).
You must pick up and transport furniture. It is located in the fourth floor of a building with elevator, though we are not sure if couch fits in elevator (might have to take stairs). FYI it is sturdy and heavy.
