Quiet & clean summer sublet in Escondido Village low-rises (August to early-Sept)

I'm subletting my cozy, light-filled bedroom in a two-bed, one-bath low-rise in Escondido Village. The earliest move-in date is August 10 and the latest move-out date is September 2; the rent is pro-rated (at $1,628 per month).

You would be sharing the house with a lovely PhD student (a 10/10 housemate!). The house is clean and has a fully-stocked kitchen which you are welcome to use. We are only minutes away from Marguerite stops that will take you to central campus, the Palo Alto Transit Center, and the San Antonio Shopping Center, and there is lots of parking available nearby provided you get a permit.
