Fully furnished Menlo Park single bedroom, 163 sq. ft., with full bed, desk, bookcases and closet. The room has a large bay window with a view of our landscaped front yard including a fountain that birds love to visit. Large bathroom shared only with guests. Linens provided. Use of common areas including a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer, and gas barbecue.

Biking distance to Stanford, Palo Alto & Menlo Park downtowns, Menlo Park Library and Caltrain stations. Excellent local market with delicious sandwiches and organic produce is blocks away.

Single person only. No smoking or vaping. No firearms. No illegal substances or behaviors. No parties, large groups or overnight guests without prior permission from owners.

$1700/month including utilities, internet, garbage, and gardener. A housekeeper is included every two weeks. 1st month's rent, and $1700 security deposit needed to move in. Minimum 3 month lease. This is a room for rent not a house share. Renter’s insurance recommended. We have two indoor cats and will not allow additional pets.

Halloween is a big deal for us and we go all out with a family friendly pirate theme every year in the front yard including fencing, pneumatic props that move, loads of skeleton pirates, etc.
