My room will be vacant during summer and I need a nice and clean person to sublet it. The apartment is two bedrooms and one bathroom. Only my room is available as my housemate is going to stay in the summer. He is a nice medical student. The entire apartment is furnished and everything is ready for you to move in. The utilities (water, electricity, gas, wifi, internet) are also covered within this price. The preferred date is June 21- Sept 18 but I could keep it flexible. The rent is currently around $1040 a month and you must be eligible for Stanford grad housing for this sublet.
