Subletting my bedroom in a 2 BR Rains housing apartment.
The apartment, including the bedroom, is fully furnished.
The dates are 6/10/2014 until 9/21/2014, but I am somewhat flexible.
My roommate, who is a pretty chill and fun guy, will stay in the apartment for the summer.
The bedroom is private. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared with the roommate.
The rent is $900/month (or $2700 for the entire period). All utilities included.

As per Stanford housing regulations, only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense. Also, according to University regulations, only male tenants are allowed to the apartment.
