Comments_The laundry area has a laundry sink that can be used to wash dishes. If roommate would like, they can install a portable dishwasher that they provide. Small toaster ovens, toasters and induction ovens are allowed with the use of a fire extinguisher nearby._

AppleTV and Netflix are available in downstairs room. Cable is currently not available. Roommate will have their own private bathroom with sink, toilet, bath and shower. Private secure entrance is available for the roommate. Access to backyard/patio area is allowed.
