Until the lease ends, the large bedroom is available for $1125/month plus shared utilities (electricity and internet to be shared) with another Stanford-affiliated female who lives in the smaller bedroom. There is only one bathroom and it is shared.The room and living room will not be furnished.

I have decreased the price from $1425/month to $1125/month for 4 months with no deposit in order to rent out the room as soon as possible since I am leaving so soon.
