I am a recent Stanford grad working at Stanford, and I am looking for one female housemate (males need not inquire) to share the spacious 2BR/2BA apartment I am currently in, available starting 12/1. You would have a large private bedroom (unfurnished, with lots of storage space as well) with an attached private bathroom (the bottom two photos are of the room you would have). The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near downtown Redwood City.

I am looking for a student/working professional with a steady income who is friendly, clean, respectful, and who respects quiet time after 10pm. You would have shared use with me of the living room, dining area, and kitchen (dishwasher available). Common areas are kept clean and tidy.
