The house is in Redwood City, just off of Woodside. About two miles from downtown and a few minutes to 280 and 101.

The other two bedrooms are occupied by recent grads from Stanford - one male mechanical engineer and one female working in Menlo Park. The house is pretty fantastic and hobbies include movie nights, cooking, grilling & entertaining. We tend to work a lot, so we tend to return later in the evenings. Weekends are more low-key, friends come over and hang out in our movie room. No smoking please.

House amenities include gas fireplace, dry bar in the basement, dishwasher in kitchen, large patio.

Rent is 1525 + utilities. Includes private spot in the garage.
