Our current wonderful roommate is leaving us to be with her hubby in France, and while we are sad to see her go, we’re hopeful in finding another great roommate!

THE ROOM
The room is 175 square feet, approximately 15’ x 12’. Large closet and private bath. There is a shared garage space available with storage. There is also a shared third guest bedroom that doubles as an office space. The back patio area is great for having friends over and grilling meat! Water, cable, housekeeping, and garbage are additional.

ROOMATES
David is a PhD student in mechanical engineering. Starting his fourth year in graduate school. Jenna is a tech and property investor (recently left Facebook). David and Jenna share one of the bedrooms. We’re in our early thirties. We like to stay active (skiing, hiking, cycling, dancing, SCUBA, wine, reading, etc.). We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO NOW. We’re like super chill haha!

APPLIANCES
Refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, coffee percolator (David likes coffee), vacuum, 35” tv, Roomba, a cat (won’t ride the Roomba :( ), BBQ grill, and Margaritaville margarita maker.

MOVING IN
We’re looking for someone to move in mid/late November or December 1st with a month-to-month agreement. Please email us with some information about yourself and we’ll take it from there.
