Redwood City room in 4 BDR available Feb-June/July short-term lease

Hello,

We are looking for a roommate to fill in the last room of our apartment starting in February. The lease is preferably ending in June but could also end in July. Longer-term lease may be available after that if other roommates found.

• Large living room and kitchen.
• Nice side-yard.
• No pets allowed.
• 1 parking spot available (tandem).
• Utilities not included. (range from 100-200/month)

We are a group of 3 female professionals. One of us works at Stanford shopping center, one of is a grad student, and another one used to work in industry. Looking for someone who is clean, communicates well, and is easy-going!
