The building is located at 3rd ave and 77th St, approximately a block from the 6 train, which provides direct, easy access to midtown.

The unit is brand new, with beautiful finishes including white quartz counters, dark stained modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, hardwood and travertine flooring, and in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment will also come completely furnished, including full size bed, sofa, and storage, so will be 100% move in ready - it is ideal for someone who either has a short term project in NYC or would like a 'transition' rental to allow for additional time to find an apartment locally.

The rent, including utilities, will be $2200 for the entire month, which is under market value for this studio. A $300 refundable deposit will be required for damage/incidentals.
