Looking for a person to rent a room in the 2BR condo in Sunnyvale. We are a young couple, I'm a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford.

The room is unfurnished. Common space also does not have a lot of furniture, you can bring yours or whatever.

$500 refundable deposit to reserve the room.

I'm very liberal and easy going, you can do whatever you want in your room and common space unless it is a criminal activity.
