We are looking for one roommate (preferably female) to join our group of three, mid-20s, female graduate students! The place is about ~20-25 minutes by bike from the engineering quad on Stanford's campus, and it's close to lots of convenient shopping (a couple blocks from a Safeway, Sprouts, CVS, etc.). The townhouse is very spacious with a big kitchen, living area, and a patio. It is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath. There are two masters with in-suite bathrooms, and two upstairs bedrooms with one shared bathroom. The available room shares the bathroom! The half bath is located downstairs in the common living space. We are somewhat flexible on pricing, but are currently asking $1400/month.
