I am looking for an enthusiastic student research assistant to work in the lab of Dr. José Dinneny. We are a root biology lab interested in understand how plants interact with it’s environment at molecular, tissue, and organismal scale. As a research assistant, you will interact with graduate students and postdocs at Carnegie Science for plant biology which is located close to the ACSR gym. You will gain experience with genomics, bioinformatics, and processing and analyzing next-generation sequencing datasets.
