Retried Prof w/ Concussion Needs Driving + Household Help 2-3 hr per week

Some of the things include:
Need help getting to doctors appointment, computer tasks, light housekeeping, CVS pickup, etc.

I am partially disabled, so I need somebody very reliable and responsible.
The hours are flexible.

Requirements:

Stanford affiliation
Must like dogs (I have a 55 pound dog)
Vaccinated
Driver's License
