pretty spontaneously, I have to give up my room in Palo Alto (Suzanne Drive), therefore I am searching a new tenant. Some details about the room: There is a nice new White carpet installed which makes it very cozy. There is a beautiful glass desk and three wardrobes, so there is plenty of room to store your belongings. Especially interesting for cold winter days ahead: You are having your own heater! The room includes your own Refrigerator, coffee machine and water Boiler in your room. You are sharing the house (and bathroom) with a 56-year old, full time working landlady. She is absolutely nice and generous, I had a great time with her. She is also lending you her bike and helmet, so it took me only around 20 minutes to bike to Stanford. There is only light kitchen use permitted, meaning no cooking at late hours. The room is available Nov 1st end time unlimited. Priority is given to those who are paying rent starting at that date and who are able to show up in person, this Saturday around 12pm. As I am getting a ton of emails due to this ad, I am not considering one phrase emails.
