We are seeking for a roommate. The house is within a 24 houses complex, so it is safe, private and quiet. The house has 3 rooms (2 in the second floor and 1 loft), 1 full bathroom, 1 half-bathroom, huge living room area, huge kitchen and a backyard. There are also laundry machines inside the house. The loft will be empty starting mid june but we could discuss rearrangement of the rooms. There is one parking space only but there is plenty of parking on the street for free and is very safe neighborhood.

We, the two remaining occupants, are PhD students in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford. We are not much of party people but we are sociable, friends are welcome over any time. We are clean and quiet and are very much into sports.
Rent varies depending on the room, but is between 933 to 1133 plus utilities (approx 55 per month, we have internet but no cable).

We would like to renew our contract in August 31st for one more year, so ideally we are seeking for someone looking for a long term lease.
