I'm moving out of my apartment by Feb 1 and so my current roommate is looking for someone to replace me. The location is in East Palo Alto but on the west side of 101 near the Four Seasons Hotel. The location is very convenient and is within biking distance to Stanford and it's also right next to 101, Willow, University Ave, and downtown PA/MP. The unit is rent controlled and thus, rent is currently below market value and will not rise much each year. The price ($920/mo) includes all utilities and internet.

The unit includes a full kitchen and furnished living room. My room has plenty of space including room for my bike and keyboard and plenty of closet space. I will be leaving the dresser and bed and maybe also the desk.
