The owner is a very nice and kind Indian lady in her 50s. She is the CEO of a small web company and works from home mostly. She doesn't allow partying, loud music, excessive cooking, noise, distractions in the house as she is working most of the time. She talks a little too much but may be only I feel that because I talk little. But she is a very nice and kind person, she has treated me like her son.

Rent: $1300 per month. Utilities (water, electric, garbage, high speed internet) extra, they amount to about $50 per month per person. Deposit: one month's rent. If you continue renting with the owner after Nov, she will ask for 2 month's deposit.
