The room is furnished with a walk-in closet with natural light, except for a bedframe/mattress.

~$2050-2150 with shared utilities & internet.
Available for move-in July 1st (can be earlier and negotiable). The length of your lease is flexible and can be from 1 month to a full year (and renewed thereafter)! I myself will be moving out at the end of July and the lease can be yours to keep if you wish to stay longer.
