Room available in 2BD/1B near Stanford

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s bedroom in our 2BD/1B apartment from around mid March! It’s a quiet and spacious upstairs apartment close to California Avenue and a 12-15 min bike ride to Stanford. There is an in-unit washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The room is $1700/month, and the rent covers water and garbage.

I’m looking for a clean and respectful person to share the place with. I’m a postdoc at Stanford Medicine (M, 31). Looking for someone to take over the room with all the furniture (around $400, everything it’s less than 6 months old)!
