Room available in 4bd/4bth house - July 18th

Hi,

I will be leaving my room in this 4bd/4bth house with a huge living space and a cute backyard. The room is itself huge with a large dressing closet and your own bathroom that comes with a bathtub too!

I will leave the house on July 18th, so move in can happen anytime after July 18th. I will take the mattress with me, you will need to buy one. Rent is 1600 + roughly 100 dollars for utilities shared with the other roommates ! The roomies are super chill and are all working around Palo Alto or on campus. We are more looking for long-term stay, this is not a sublease, we will change the lease to put your name instead of mine.

The house is at 160 Addison Ave, 5min walking distance to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods, and a bit more to Uni Ave and Caltrain station! Location is perfect for someone who wants to live off campus but still quite close to it.
