• We have a beautiful courtyard, furnished with outdoor seating furniture and a grill

• Huge space, the largest room in the house
• Private entrance to the room and the house
• Lots of closet space, you could fit Kanye West's clothes here
• Sound proof room, so you can turn up music without bothering anyone

• You can also buy the bed, couch and desk from the current tenant at an additional cost

• All of us are young professionals (and one student) and Stanford/Penn/Cal grads
• We all work in the area at tech companies or in finance
• We like to hangout from time to time, grill food and play basketball
